The service is denominated and billed in US Dollars. The actual billed amount in Japanese Yen will be calculated based on the exchange rate applied by the card issuer. Applicable consumption taxes and other levies are calculated by the merchant processor, Whop, and displayed at the checkout interface.

Additional Charges

Utilization of this service requires a TradingView account. While basic functions are accessible under the free tier of TradingView, any costs incurred from premium TradingView plans are not included in the subscription fee of this service.

Data transmission fees associated with internet connectivity remain the responsibility of the subscriber. If the card issuer imposes international transaction fees, such charges shall be borne by the subscriber.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed via credit card or other payment modalities provided by the merchant processor, Whop. Available payment methods are presented on the checkout interface.

Transactions for this service are processed by Whop, acting as the Merchant of Record, which manages billing collection, receipt issuance, calculation and filing of applicable taxes, and processing of refunds.

Payment Schedule

Free Trial Period (7 days): No charges will occur.

Initial Charge: The initial fee is charged upon expiration of the free trial period.

Subsequent Charges: Upon expiration of each contract period, automatic renewal will trigger charges for the subsequent period.

Provision of Services

Upon payment completion, access to the indicators is granted through a brief process of approximately 30 seconds to input the TradingView ID. Following this process, the services become accessible on the TradingView platform.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the services as digital offerings delivered via the internet, the cooling-off period under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply.

Cancellation During the Free Trial Period: Cancellation can be executed at any time during this period without incurring any charges.

Cancellation After Charges: Cancellation can be executed at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Refund Policy: Given the nature of the services, refunds are generally not processed once a charge has occurred. Exceptions apply to duplicate billings, service delivery failures attributable to the company, or other circumstances mandated by applicable laws.

Refund Processing: Refund requests and executions are managed by Whop, the Merchant of Record. Inquiries regarding refunds must be directed to Whop's refund support channel.

This policy does not exclude rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Contract Act or other relevant statutes.

Cancellation After Billing: Cancellation can be made at any time. The service remains accessible until the end of the current billing cycle, but fees paid for the active period are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the service, requests for refunds after billing are generally not accepted. However, exceptions apply in cases of duplicate billing, inability to provide the service due to reasons attributable to the provider, or when otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing: Managed and executed by Whop, the Merchant of Record. Refund requests must be submitted through the Whop refund portal.

This policy does not exclude any rights granted to consumers under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable legislation.
