Any amounts displayed on this website in other currencies are rough estimates provided solely for convenience and are non-binding; the actual deducted amount shall be based on the USD amount shown on the checkout page.

1.3 Taxes and Fees

Applicable sales tax, value-added tax, or other taxes are calculated by Whop based on local regulations and displayed at checkout. Whop is responsible for filing and paying the relevant taxes.

1.4 Prerequisites for Use

Use of this service requires a valid TradingView account. The basic functions of this service are accessible under the free TradingView plan; certain advanced features, such as the simultaneous display of multiple timeframes, may be restricted based on the specific TradingView subscription tier. Such limitations are determined solely by TradingView and are beyond the control of this company. Fees charged by TradingView are separate and do not constitute any part of the fees for this service.

II. Free Trial

II. Free Trial

2.1 Trial Period

This service provides a seven (7) day free trial. The trial period begins upon completion of the subscription process.

2.2 Cancellation within the trial period

The trial may be cancelled at any time during the trial period without incurring any fees. Upon cancellation, the indicator authorization expires at the end of the trial period.

2.3 First Debit

If cancellation is not completed before the end of the trial period, the initial fee will be automatically charged upon expiration, initiating the subscription cycle.

2.4 Eligibility

The free trial is limited to once per user. In the event of duplicate trial applications by the same user, using the same payment method, or under the same TradingView account, the Company reserves the right to reject the request or terminate the trial.

III. Payment Methods and Receiving Entities

III. Payment Methods and Receiving Entities

3.1 Payee Entity

Subscription, payment, billing, and refund processing for this Service are all conducted through the third-party platform Whop. Whop acts as the Merchant of Record for this Service, serving as the counterparty to the payment transaction with you, and is responsible for payment collection, receipt and invoice issuance, calculation and filing of applicable taxes, as well as the acceptance and execution of refunds.

TTMA-Quant is the service provider for this offering, responsible for the activation, maintenance, and user support of indicator licensing.

3.2 Method of Payment

Available payment methods are subject to those provided by the Whop platform and may vary depending on the user's location. The specific options are determined by what is shown on the checkout page.

3.3 Timing of Payment

  • Free Trial: First payment deducted upon expiration of the trial period

  • Subsequent Cycles: Next payment automatically deducted upon expiration of each period

3.4 Card Information

The Company does not obtain or store complete credit card numbers or financial account information. Such information is processed by Whop and its payment service providers in accordance with industry security standards.

3.5 Timing of Service Provision

Upon completion of payment and provision of a valid TradingView ID in the Whop dashboard, the authorization and activation of indicators will be processed fully automatically. Once activated, the TTMA-Quant indicators will be available for use on the TradingView platform.

If the TradingView ID provided is incorrect or does not exist, the activation process must be completed again, or the Company must be contacted for correction. The Company assumes no liability for any resulting delays.

IV. Automatic Renewal

IV. Automatic Renewal

4.1 Renewal Mechanism

This service is on an automatic renewal basis. Unless canceled prior to the end of the current period, the system will automatically charge the fee for the subsequent period upon the expiration of each period, and the subscription period will be extended.

  • Monthly Subscription: Automatically renewed monthly

  • Annual Subscription: Automatically renewed annually

4.2 Disabling Automatic Renewal

Subscribers may disable auto-renewal at any time via the Whop account management page. Upon disabling, the license will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point it will expire and no further charges will be incurred.

4.3 Failed Debit

If a transaction fails due to card expiration, insufficient credit, or other reasons, Whop may retry the charge within a certain period in accordance with its policies. If the charge remains unsuccessful during the retry period, the Company may suspend or terminate the authorization.

V. Cancellation Methods and Effective Times

5.1 Cancellation Procedure

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Whop account management page without cause and without requiring company consent.

5.2 Effective Date

Upon cancellation, the indicator authorization remains effective until the end of the current period, at which point it terminates automatically. Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

For example, cancellation on day 10 of a monthly subscription cycle allows continued access until day 30 of that cycle, at which point the authorization expires and no further charges are made.

5.3 Resubscription After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, re-subscription may be requested at any time, but the free trial will no longer be applicable. The price upon re-subscribing shall be based on the pricing announced at that time.

IX. Jurisdictional Supplementary Provisions

IX. Jurisdictional Supplementary Provisions

This section supplements provisions for specific jurisdictions. In the event of a conflict between this section and other parts of this document, this section shall prevail for users in the respective jurisdiction.

For jurisdictions not specified in this section, the general terms of this document shall apply, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions under the laws of such jurisdictions that cannot be excluded by mutual agreement.

9.1 Japan

  • The seller, pricing, payment methods, payment timing, service delivery timing, and returns/cancellations for this service are specified in the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure" page in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. • The refund restrictions in Chapter VI of this document do not exclude business operator liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act.

9.2 Taiwan

  • This service constitutes "digital content not provided via a tangible medium, or online services completed once provided" as defined in Article 2 of the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act's Right of Rescission. Upon your explicit consent prior to the conclusion of the contract, the seven-day right of rescission shall not apply.

  • The aforementioned consent is evidenced by your selection of the independent confirmation item on the purchase page. Absent such consent, the right of rescission remains exercisable in accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act.

  • The provisions of this Chapter do not exclude mandatory consumer protection regulations applicable under the laws of the member state of residence.

Special Provisions for Manual WeChat Pay and Alipay Transactions

The following provisions apply solely to subscriptions manually activated by the administration upon payment via WeChat or Alipay (hereinafter referred to as "Manual Channels"). Any matters not specified for Manual Channels remain governed by the other terms of this policy.

1. Recipient. Funds for manual channels are collected directly by TTMA-Quant, not through Whop. Whop's refund process, dispute resolution, and free trials do not apply to manual channels.

2. Amount and Currency. The payment amount is based on the RMB amount confirmed by both parties on WeChat. The refund is calculated using the actual paid RMB amount and is not adjusted for exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Refund Period. Within 7 days from the date the activation notification is issued, a full refund request may be submitted via WeChat without any required explanation. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted, and access privileges will remain active until the subscription expires.

4. Refund Method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (WeChat Pay or Alipay) within 7 business days following confirmation of the application.

5. Activation timeframe. The exclusive activation link is transmitted within 24 hours of payment receipt. A full refund may be requested if the activation link is not received within 48 hours post-payment.

6. Commencement of Subscription Period. The subscription period shall commence on the date the activation notification is issued, not on the date of payment.

7. Renewals. Manual channels do not renew automatically; access terminates automatically upon expiration. Renewals are treated as new subscriptions, starting a new term under the provisions of this section.

8. Promotional Giveaways. For any secondary system provided as a promotional giveaway alongside the primary system, its access rights shall commence and terminate concurrently with those of the primary system. Refunds shall not be calculated independently for such promotional systems.

9. Application Process. Refund requests must be submitted via WeChat (ttmaquant) or support@ttma-quant.com, accompanied by a payment screenshot and the email address used during the Whop order.

X. Dispute Resolution and Contact Information

X. Dispute Resolution and Contact Information

10.1 Primary Contact

For any questions or disputes regarding charges, cancellations, or refunds, please prioritize contacting us by email first.

A response will be provided within 2 business days, and assistance in communicating with Whop will be offered to the extent necessary.

10.2 Whop Dispute Channels

For matters involving the collection of payments or refunds, inquiries may also be made directly through the customer service channels of the Whop platform.

10.3 Regarding Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)

Before contacting us or Whop, do not initiate a charge dispute with the card issuer. For those who initiate disputes directly, the company may suspend authorization during the dispute resolution period, and the outcome of the dispute will be handled in accordance with the regulations of Whop and the card issuer.

Most issues can be resolved quickly via email, which also represents the most cost-effective method for both parties.
